Could you?

A lot cheaper option but would it work if you had the right wax?

Don't think it'd work on a bat, but please feel free to come and do a wax and buff on my car mate!  ;)

The Porter Cable DA polisher which was the first DA polisher to be used as a car polisher, was in fact a woodworking polisher that car detailers realised could be used to polish car paintwork as well. I know how to polish a car with one but not how to polish wood unfortunately!

I'll just look into the cost of a car buffer compared to the cost of flights from NZ to England.
Will get back to you on which works out cheaper for me  ;)
