do not understand the league system as there are for example E and F divsions, are these based on standard or just regions within the county ? i would
really appreciate someone explain it to me please so i have a understanding of the standard and system etc.

Can't help with the Devon system but feel free to pop in and see us for any new gear before you move, Brigstock to Peterborough is about 30 miles i think. :)

Plenty of keeping gear at all price points available currently. I am a keeper myself so i try to make sure we have a good selection.

I don't play many sundays, but Brigstock is a team we have played against in the Rutland league before i believe.

good old Brigstock. Havent played you guys for a few years. Play for Kempston Hammers.

where in Devon are you moving? My Brother moved down there last year and is playing for sidmouth atm. some lovely grounds, nice clubs and a very good standard can be found there too.

VITAS CRICKET - ok cheers I will have to pop down at some point, I have bought 6 pairs of keeping gloves in the last 2 years its getting a bit strange now but I can't stop buying them.

Yeah that will be it then, you guys did the double over us.

RED INK CRICKET - some of the grounds do look rather pictureesk, is sidmouth the side with the ground right by the beach so to speak ? And we'll I'm staying near the Cornwall border west of sidmouth I think about a hour away I think ( my geography is terrible)

Feel free mate, we are open 11-7 in the week and 9-3 (maybe until 4 in the coming weeks) on saturdays until the season starts.

I am forever chasing the perfect pair of gloves. closest i have got were my 2012 GN Legends.

whilst at Uni I played for both Exeter CC and Alphington (didn't really shine for either irritatingly) both good clubs. There are some great grounds, good luck with your move...

yes sidmouth is right on the beach. if you play on a pitch towards the beach you can get hit into the sea ( if your an average enough bowler). there are plenty of teams down there so would imagine there is a decent team a little closer to where you will be living, if not i think sidmouth would be worth the drive.

VITAS CRICKET -  ok cheers for the info, there nice gloves classy looking design i think, my most used pair are the AERO KPR GEL WK GLOVES 2010, boring design for aero but are really subtle and have a good size web, i also have a old pair of gm 606 from 2008 but bought them from a little shop in market harborough last week, i also have some salix pod ones, grey nicolls powerbow 2012, and some dukes pro century which i got from morrant on sale they must of been in the warehouse for years or something there old gloves, and finally a set of newberrys sps.

apologies for the random essay i like talking kit haha

BUZZ - thank you very much, the grounds do luck picturesque

RED INK CRICKET - haha that seems so alien to me being a midlands lad if the ball is hit out the ground  you might kill a cow or two not lose the ball in the drink, there are a  few small teams dotted around  near the village where im going to live which have decent enough facilities which im going to give a go, my current side are a small village team but play at a good level so im hoping for something similar to that and continue with my keeping, i will just have to see how it goes really.

I prefer to be up the other end and try and land a few in the croquet lawn
