New Profile for 2014
« on: March 26, 2014, 11:25:22 AM »

Just thought id update the forum with the new profile we are releasing for this season. it was a close run thing between a higher middled bat and this one but i felt this was the best addition to the range.Unfortunately the stickers have been delayed for another 7-10 days but i thought id let you have a look anyway. a few pictures are on twitter atm @red_inker as i cant upload them on here. if anyone wants to post them in here then feel free.

Specs-
Standard SH
2lb 6.6 oz in current state
35mm edges
60mm spine
No concaving anywhere

Nice. What weight is this one?

Any reason the spine doesn't go right through to the toe?

So... It doesn't look particularly like any brand or it looks a lot like a lot of brands and could be generic.....!

Personally, I like it!

weighs in around 2.7 atm but thats pre grip and stickers. will be 2.9 once finished. ill update the OP with the specs a little later.

Ive got the Pyro with the spine through the toe so did something different. No concaving at all on this one and the flattened toe to ensure a top pick up with wood exactly where you want it. Middle is mid i would say. it is pretty elongated tho. big, long middle and taps up an absolute dream too!

Guess everyone is just sharing their thoughts. No need to get defensive... Personally I like what I see. Good work John!

Looks really good. I actually don't mind the look of the flattened toe with it either.  Nice work.

Looks great, a small bat company can't do too much with their shapes or they will alienate themselves

I like that! Doesn't appear to have too much of a bow which always appeals to me.

I really like the profile on this bat ! pretty similar to the bat I currently use which was a bit of a silly buy considering my home wicket is slow and low !!

The swell starts at around 12cm from the toe and is elongated quite a way up the bat. It's not a low middle but certainly not high. Specs added to OP
