Was a pleasure i agree it was a tad slow on our behalf at times with conformation of payment and with you being in Dubai testing for us and agree we could have responded better but without feedback like yours our process would not be refined in which they have been. The topic of customer services did pop was broached by me on Friday meeting and there now better plans in place to see potential problems and better dealing with them. Our process has been refined and we are and will be better.
On to the bat as you know it was plucked from a very select group of clefts it was my second choice the other had less grains yet was a tad lighter and had grains going through the toe but you did say you wanted more so that is what i did.
Glad you like the bat as i said i think it is better than my Trott which is some statement and i think the crispness of the bat is key inline with the sheer size.
It is a saved profile on the machine and one i will copy in the future for my bats you have a great eye for a great profile.
As always I'm customer driven as I'm sure you will testify just because i have joined B3 does not mean i will become blind Integrity and Honesty is my core value. I hope with my help you found our service better and better.
This is a special bat i wish it was in my collection i picked it up and played some shadow shots t Crown are selected for there size and there potential playability although i think it looks very good and this is inline with some of the White label professional bats going out.
