Been playing midweek t20 games all year as Ive been working saturday's, finally get one off and the games off as well!!!!

Rain rain go away, come again another day... But not on a weekend ya bugger!

It's been raining all morning here but our games not called off yet. I'm not sure why it's not as there is no way we can play even if it stopped now!

It's an away game, I hate waiting for the oppo to make a decision.

I havent held a cricket bat since last july due to injury ..... Next week im available ..... Watxh it rain for the rest of the summer

We're off, now quarter way through the season and only played 1 match on Saturday. I doubt many if any matches will get even started around York today. Not helped by the mother of all thunder storms last night !!!

Heavy rain in the London area may have drowned a few pitches without good covers/drainage. Our 2s pitch has a small lake on it. Having said that, what did you expect from a bank holiday?

All this rain means I'm not missing as many matches as expected due to injury. Not good for clubs though with associated drop in funds through match fees, bar etc fingers crossed the summer improves
