Having played a class cricket for 14 years in india,ireland and now in dubai... i have always passion about english willow cricket bats..i have used brands like kookburra, gray nicollsn newbury and list goes on....When i moved to middle east i got my hands on a pakistani brand Monty...believe me i am not a person to change or get convince for new brand bat...i am hard person to convince...but this guy who plays with me gave me his monty bat as a challenge to me...and said (we will talk after u play with this monty bat)...believe me guys after all these years i have spend a huge amount on money trying to get a good bat,but this monty bats have surprised me......and the best this is they are A grade willow with reasonable price...let me share few pics which displays grain quality.....has anyone else played with monty bats?? they are not into lot of marketing but they are low profile great bats... its definetely worth the money...you will be surprised knowing the price of A grade willow... and they do specialised in custom bats....
