Phesmar Refurb
« on: April 16, 2014, 06:45:08 AM »

Just finished tidying this up in time for the new season!

This bat belongs to one of my first customers and was used to great effect last season to win a six hitting competition that we run at Henfield.

Here's a during shot:

And here she is all stickered up and ready for 2014!

Thanks for viewing.

Cheers pal. It was a special order for a guy who wanted "Something a bit bigger" Near enough 90mm at the top of the spine!

Wow my kind of bat. And in a weight i could use!!

Reminds me of a tempo but with bigger shapely edges. Love it.

how did you get a 90mm spine .... was it a special cleft you managed to get hold of?

Nice one Fez,

I have seen this bat in the flesh. It is huge !  I had a go in the nets for a few balls, much too heavy for a weakling like me, although all you had to do was place the bat in the way of the ball and it flew.  All front foot though, couldn't use it against any short stuff.

Have you got some harder wearing stickers now ?

Looks a lovely shape. I'm glad the scales read 3-3, instead of 2-8!!!

Morning Tony, I had a go on it over the winter too. Like you say, not really for back foot play! Yes, the improved stickers have arrived. Are you about on Saturday? I'll sort you out with a set.

In answer to the size, I got the cleft from H4L. I was quite surprised the next time I went up there and saw a few prototype Tempos knocking about! I guess those oversize clefts just lend themselves to making scary bats like that!

Nice one, not around this Saturday as playing away and pressure is on to get home quick these days with the new arrival !  Will try to get to nets next Wednesday. Been meaning to put photos up of the beauty you made me. Perhaps I'll wait until some stickers go on now. Been frustrating as i have had the bat since August last year and I still haven't used it once !
