SS LE's x 2!
« on: April 18, 2014, 09:48:19 AM »

Got hold of these two beauties for the season, unfortunately the "grainier" of the two is going to a mate of mine! Thought I would include it just for comparison! Haven't really had a tap up with them properly, but feel pretty responsive and both pick up nicely for frankly being massively big bits of wood!
Bat C - 2"8
Bat D - 2"9

D - :( Gutted to have to pass this on....

C - Hoping despite not looking as perfect will respond just as good!

Little comparison sizewise (UK 50 pence piece)

Lovely sticks!
Nice retro use of the coins on the edge too. Feels like 2009 again. :)

Alvaro, whats the "new" way of doing it? Didn't have a ruler to hand, otherwise I would have done it more precisely! Both are massive chunks!
Metre stick would have been more suitable.
Also haven't sussed this new concaving measuring business?

Fattus' inclusion of a banana is the new coin!

Wasn't meant to come across that way, I thought I'd genuinely missed a new way of doing it similar to the whole brand new ping o meter topic we had!
