My new red ink Sirius
« on: May 02, 2014, 01:35:43 PM »

I saw the new profile that red ink had released and I liked what I saw so I decided to look at the clefts that was available and found a stunning cleft that had two knots high up the blade buy the playing area was as clean as it gets I tapped a ball up and the response is very good indeed and the pickup is superb feels like its only 2.6 so can't wait to see how she plays massive thank you to red ink for making the bat for me and answering all my questions top service as always keep up the good work mate  :)

Wow, it looks great! The profile is amazing, nothing too crazy edge size wise, just a bat with a good playing area. The new stickers are also nice! Will be interesting to see how it compares to the rest of the collection, I'm sure it will be a keeper! How much does it weigh?

That bat look gorgeous. Can't believe the pick up is around 2.6. What's the actual weight of the bat?

To me, it doesn't matter how good you are. Sport is all about playing and competing. Whatever you do in cricket and in sport, enjoy it, be positive and try to win.

It's just over 2.8 and it picks up like 2.6 i am really pleased with how it came out the cleft would not off been everyone's cup off tea but I could see that the knot was to high to make a difference in the way it plays so now I just need to knock it in and see how well it plays I sure it will be a very nice bat  :)

I like the fuller profile with out to much concaving and red ink have came up with this and I think its a lovely profile that a lot off people will like its good to see the smaller brands making top bats and I sure the profile will catch on

Are the new models all going to be named after Harry Potter characters, I quite fancy striding to the crease with a Hagrid X1 :)

Looks a cracker, and the new stickers are lovely.
