Bowling Machine Service

Our club has a bowling with is pretty old now.

We can't afford to get a new one but would be prepared to invest in a service and repairs.

The machine still works it's just a little erratic when directing the balls.

Does anyone know where we could get it serviced?

Stewart and Williams... aka Bola will do it for you. It's where I take mine for it's yearly service.

I think I paid about £72 for my last service as I had a module changed and a clean up

We took ours down to Bristol as it wasn't working.
Was 25 years old. Less than £200+vat for electrics to be fixed and a lot of worn parts to be replaced!

depending on how much you use it it's worth getting it serviced properly at least every 3 years or so. Even if it's just a clean up etc. They are expensive bits of kit so have to be worth a bit of TLC.

THey are fast too (well, except in pre season when every club and his dog are suddenly remembering they own machines), usually drop mine off on a Monday morning and have it back by tues evening or weds morning

They are in two buildings and their 'stores' and where they build the new machines etc (the offices and workshop and net testing is in one bit) they have all the different parts stacked up.

What size? kids or adult?

I only need the rubber feet, not the full legs. Was hoping they'd just be able to supply me the feet.
