9.3 Any player wishing to transfer from one club to another within the same
season must have his transfer ratified by the executive Committee
before playing for his new club. Any requests for transfer must be made
in writing on the official Transfer Form to the Administrator: telephone
requests will not be accepted. The deadline for transfers shall be 30th
June.

You'd have to ask them and find out, every club is different...
