Who makes the new Woodworm range?
« on: October 27, 2009, 08:32:51 AM »

I used to be a big fan of the previous range, but unsure about the Sport HQ link up and where it all comes from. Anyone know?

Are the gloves and pads too? I would have guessed at SF for them.

I don't think the pads and gloves are, but know for a fact the bats are.

Sports HQ don't own them, they simply have exclusive distribution rights for Europe. I dont think CA make the woodworm stuff.

Have you seen the offer they are doing on their website:

"After purchase, return any old bat to us (yes, even that one at the back of your garage) and we will give you £50 in gift vouchers to spend on the site.
We'll pay for the collection, and when the bat gets back here, we'll donate it straight to worthy cricket charities, with help from the Professional Cricketers Association.
You get £50 in vouchers, regardless of what bat you give back. You get £50 for your old bat, we sell a new bat, and we are both helping charities. Win-win-win!"

Sounds like a good deal

You have to buy the £200 one and then send the old bat back. Then you will get a £50 VOUCHER to spend on anything sold by sportshq
