Believe it's called a Tim Tam Slam/Tim Tam Explosion and is best done with Tea, as per Natalie Imbruglia in an interview with Graham Norton 8 years ago...

thats john maynard isn't it. pretty sure hes down in kent this year playing for linden park?

Had the pleasure of keeping to the dentist for the second half of our 2012 season. To get people gloving off round their ears down the leg side on a surface that normally sees waist high bounce at very best was something remarkable.

Of the many quality bowlers i've kept to, he did the most with the ball in the air and off the seam. I dread to think what he was capable of in his day, the odd effort ball when someone annoyed him left me with sore hands. The most natural, flowing, almost languid action i've seen up close. His flat under/round arm throws from the rope over the top of the stumps with a causal wrist flick were impressive also.

To add to the Tim Tam comments, they are part of the reason for my 3 stone weight gain during my year or so in Aus. 3 stone i've never really managed to shake off...

He is a top fella, natural cricketer. I think we were his first overseas club around 1995/6, he was frightningly quick, all shoulders. If it wasn't for his bad boy ways he would have been in the windies test team, but they weren't short of pace at the time with Ambrose etal so he lost out. Today he would walk into the windies side. People still talk about him in our club to this day and he occasionally comes back for a game. He hit the biggest cut 6 I have ever seen, it went out of our ground over a main road and over a 4 story block of appartments and was still on the way up! He also bowled Russ Collard who was on an Essex contract at the time with a yorker that ripped out middle stump and sent it back verticle about 10 meters before it started spinning, I'd never seen that before or since. The ironic thing was Russ had edged the ball before and was given not out, our keeper ran up from the boundary and advised Russ to duck, he did but lost his middle stump.

I'm friends on facebook with him, he usually posts a few cricket related pictures/videos as well as his passionate thoughts about St Kitts & Nevis politics!

Saw these just this morning actually, still got it!

Am I right in thinking the dentist played a few games here in the Craven League for Connonley. Remember facing some big West Indian an if I'm not mistaken he was nicknamed the dentist. Hit me on the pads and bloody hell did I feel it
