« on: June 30, 2014, 05:14:09 PM »

I am fast bowler and middle order batsmen, i have been having heel pain ( basically my doctor said i have Plantar fasciitis ). Are there any good recommended shoe which i can use it for bowling and batting which has high Arch support ? Any suggestions would really help.

I can highly recommend getting custom insoles.

Cost a bit but are worth it in the long run.

there are different types of custom insoles, there are the ones from a physio, orthotics but they are very expensive.

you can get some made up for you in some running shops, there is a JD sports just off cheapside near st pauls which have a machine too.

but actually many of the off the shelf products are really good, ortholite or footdisc are 2.
