Hi guys,

so just wondering if anyone knows which range of GN bats are made in UK?
Is it the LE or Test Range?
What about the 2013 LE range which was the top grade at that time.

thanks,

The only ones guaranteed to be made in the uk are the custom ones.

They say that some Legends are made in this country too, but I cannot confirm or deny this.

The "Legend Experience" custom bats are all made in Robertsbridge, but I meant the "off the shelf" Legends in my last post.  Not sure where they are made.

thanks for the replies
just seems a bit weird as i inquired about the lucky 7 range.
They are made in the UK at the moment but the rest of the stock will come from India?
Surely there would be differences between the two batches?

I said i believe them to be UK made based on the very subtle differences and indicators on the bat. Also the fact that they became available immediately after launching, whereas the stock from India is not due for a few weeks.

GN quality control at their own factory is very high. I believe I can tell the difference between a Robertsbridge made GN and an Indian made GN, but i would say 90+% of customers wouldn't be able to.

Just a thought on the whole "xrd" thing, Jake i'll bring a load of it to the forum event at Vitas on the 6th to do a little "experiment" ! we've had conversations about different foams before and their suitable purposes so this could be interesting to show everyone how it works and why therefore it's not really any use for pads and gloves ! might need a few volunteers ! PS this isn't the surprise I was talking about, that will be coming as well !
