New GM

After being a GN man most of my life I have surprised myself by my choice of bats this season. I have never been a fan of GM, the pressing or the weights have never seen me find any to my liking, until now that is. After going through a lot of stock I managed to find two 2.6 rippers, I chose a six6 original first then found a Mogul LE today. Will put some pics up in a while.

Quality there skip. How did u choose these ? Performance or looks or both. I found it difficult to test performance as I have never really tapped up a GM before.

Performance, the size of the Mogul for the weight and pick up is bizarre.

I picked this up today from GCCC and must say I am pretty impressed with the GM's this season! I'm not sure if they aren't pressed as hard this season but it is pinging right off the mallet. This weighs in at just under 2.8 and picks up an absolute dream.

Meulemans reckons it's the best batch of GM ever. They also said they aren't pressed as hard as previous years.

Is the shape really any different from the Icon? (the Mogul that is)

Mogul has an extremely full shape, hardly any concaving at all, maybe 2-3mm max
icon is heavily concaved with the spine going through the toe.
