Yeah I do understand that and I will take any help I can get off salix to replace it. im sure they will do all they can.

I just think for it to blow out like that in 4 months is that not slightly uncommon?

It would depend on how many balls faced, how hard you hit, etc. It's perfectly feasible for it to go in four months.

My mate sent his octane back to gm due to the edge being all cracked, claiming it was "barely used" after only 3 months ownership, and only 3 games.

They sent him a pic back, next to one of Alex hales net bats, with less damage, and wear and said " this is very highly used, and in better condition, we are happy to help and repair, but it will cost you. As a good gesture we will give you 50% off"

He excepted knowing, he'd done 4 half hour nets a week, for the 12 weeks leading upto him trying to return it.
