Cheers would be useful as have emailed them/manufacturer about it....alvaro yes they are the gloves.

Back on topic bat looks very different but has been done before by others. Perhaps a common theme with the brand?!

Is the splice in the handle possibly infringing mongoose design?

How could the handle infringe anything to do with Mongoose? The bat is a copy of a previous shape but no patent for it as people cannot patent something you or I could do at any time with a bat, I like the shape having used one first time round. The handle in a Mongoose is bog standard as used in the worst Kashmir tape ball bats to Sachin's match bat, nothing to patent there, unless you mean the fact you cannot see it due to a grip.

I think having spoken about the gloves that they are a problem, maybe not Willostix at fault but someone is.
