There are quite a few options you can weigh up....
First find a sponsors that will donate enough for you to pay for the kit giving them the main sponsor on the front of your shirts. Or use that sponsorship money to reduce the costs that you have to pay and make a bundle of kit. This will allow you to get more kit for your money when purchasing. Professionalism is huge in my opinion and looking the part as a club. There is nothing worse than having people in the same side as you wearing different tops or old ones. This is from past experiences.
Another way that i have heard is to find your own sponsors, like a family member or company to donate £50 or something in that region to you and you use that cover the costs of your kit, then the money from your main sponsor can go in the club funds and help pay for worthwhile things at the club like maintenance, facilities etc.
If you want anymore ideas feel free to ask as i run the sponsorship and fundraising at my club.
