I got some Kook pads that I presume was made in India.

Does that mean they are not allowed???

I meant ordering from India.

Don't ruin it!!

haha mate I think cheap SD tat is ruining it. At least limit SD purchases to one or two items only.

I'm not going to mention that I thought postage should be included in the first place, as anyone buying kit for £100 is highly unlikely to be buying from outside their local area/country. But that's just my point of view. And buying from India, not including the postage costs, kind of defeats the challenge.

As per Alvaro's earlier post, what are people planning to do with their kit?

I intend to donate mine to Cricket 4 change, and with this in mind had an idea.

For those in London and the South East, how about we arrange a net on 31st October at the Croydon centre where these guys are based. Everyone turns up with their budget buys, nets in the stuff (we'd video this) and then we hand it all over to the charity when we depart?

Thoughts?

As I have had to sell some kit to fund this challenge, I am hoping to get a seasons use out of everything I buy, therefore not going for tat or kit I would never use.

I don't mind whether postage is or isn't included. As long as it is consistent across the board.

Just waiting on a couple of eBay items to come to an end to see whether I have any more kit to add.

Hey all just a quick message to say still 3 weeks to go on the £100 challenge for any that do want to enter.

My kit is looking good after spending a little more on softs than ideally I should (they are top quality though) I've managed to source a cracker of a bat and bag for a bargain so back in the running me thinks  :-[

There are actually a lot of complete kits available on eBay. There's one which has everything that a guy will accept £40 for, and he's just down the road in Camberwell. None of it is top grade, but it is a full kit, including helmet, box, whites, shoes and all seems nearly new. There are loads of bargains to be had if you look.

Just a reminder, today is your last day for purchasing kit in the £100 challenge. If you've got it already, get your pictures in the stash topic! 16 hours remain...
