Midweek T20 side - no sponsors

Saturday 2 mens teams - main sponsor on shirt chest and trousers pocket, further two sponsors on collar and another on the sleeve (no, we don't look like F1 drivers!).  Same sponsors on training shirts and hoodies and 1 sponsor on training shorts.

All kit sponsors on covers

Aprx 20-30 boards around 50% of the boundary

Never!!

I want a fourths  in 2016, a women's team in the next 3 and obviously the youth to expand.  We've got the funding so it's just needed someone to push it on. Just got to be careful, we don't attract the mercenary players that maybe good but aren't really good for the club.

I've started to see that if you make it easy for them, people train... If you make it on any way difficult.. They train a bit but not much. Of course, as always someone has to organise etc.  My nets been amazons to watch grow tbh, so many people I never thought would train have regularly.. And people who talked the talk haven't.... You can tell the ones who have by their stats too
