Hey mate, try this website: it has a function that will list all the clubs near you, etc.

Where are you based?

If you want to play turf cricket in the metro area you need to be looking at Victorian sub-district cricket association (VSDCA) or victorian turf cricket association (VTCA)

Where abouts are you in Melbourne? I can put you in touch with Carlton cricket club, i know a few people there, we've had overseas from there and some of our youngsters have played there. Also know some players from plenty cricket club a bit further out of the city. Just depends where you are based.

About 5 minutes north of the cbd mate. I've got in contact with a club called royal park Brunswick and they seem happy to have me!

I was going to play for port Melbourne until plans changed a few years ago. Seemed a great set up and don't think they are too far from you, not totally sure though. Worth checking them out

Cricket Australia have a site for finding clubs for kids and seniors. You just put in the postcode. Its mainly for kids, but they did say in a radio interview it covers seniors too.

http://www.playcricket.com.au/club-finder/?postcode=3000

Use that and the mycricket link above to see their performance and gradings. Im not from Victoria but that is the best info i have
