Strikingly similar

I was taking photos of the 'new' v12 and thought it might be interesting to compare it, sizewise, to a more modern, funky shaped, bat.
I picked the nemesis as it is a similarly unusual shape and was really quite surprised at the similarities when place alongside the V12. Now I know they say there is nothing new under the sun, but what do you think?
Incidentally, the Nemesis weighs in approximately 2oz lighter and has much more concaving.

That is uncanny! Are they similar weights?

They really do look quite similar, apart from the concaving which I think compensates for the higher spine on the nemesis. It just goes to show, things that are being branded as innovative and new are just old ideas repackaged in a new skin...

Strange, I'd have judged the v12 as a mid middle, and the nemesis as a low looking seperately.

If the V12 didn't have that scalloping in the toe, it would be virtually the same. But I agree, as it is, the middles would indeed be different.

Taking a closer up view, the handle end of the hump peaks at almost the same spot.
It may be that the Nemesis middle extends lower due to the toe shape.
