you could lay some thins strips of athletic tape on the back of the handle on top of the twine then rap it once round - not perfect but may give you the feel you are looking for

Oh yeah, I have tweaked handles before, which is probably what I'm going to do with this one, but I don't pay a premium price so I can make alterations myself. :-[

Hi mate I would take streaky offer if your not happy I have had a few bats rehandled more than once and the ones I have had back have gone well after with no to handle or shoulder.

you are obviously not happy with the price and result, why don't you just request a refund [full/partial] or at least tell them what you would you like as a resolution.

Why not sort directly with B3. Why post here before speaking to B3 and giving them opportunity to resolve ? If you have a problem with anything it's always best to speak directly to the company rather than on an open forum.

To be fair, Chad did mention he wasn't going to pursue it. It was others (myself included) that strongly felt that he should.

Chad is a bat nerd of the highest order and he is always keen to show off his latest acquisitions for our entertainment. And knowing him fairly well, I'm pretty sure he didn't see this thread turning out the way it did.

In fact if you read his review again he was being pretty reasonable and gave a pretty good review all things considered. So while I would normally agree with you in other circumstances, I don't think your tone is warranted in this instance.

I think what Bulldog is saying that he should have contacted b3 to resolve first rather than posting (albeit i agree with you rather reasonably)

Now we have offered a resaloution a fair one whilst I agree things like this should be brought up it shows how we deal with things.

The last time I heard of chad he said he was happy with the work carried out and passed his thanks on to streaky he did mention the handle.

We have made our offer so I think as a customer relations point we have done all we can.

Mistake are never good but it how you deal with them that makes you I think out offer is right and proper not as a worker as a bat nerd.
