What does everyone think to the new newbery kudos pads, they look good and have a good price also.

Or Online Stockists unbranded pads, maybe tempted, what you think

If you want the kudos pads go for it, but don't be surprised if next year the professionally stitched Kudos 2 pads are released and are 25% more expensive than the original ones...  :-[

The Aldred softs are very good. I also like H4L, you wouldn't go wrong with either of them.

I've always rated the quality and style of the Newbery pads myself.  Had Thruxton and SPS II pads in past couple of years and no complaints.

@joymarvin Aero P1 has different length pads for right and left leg depending on which side you bat from. I'm a right-handed batsman and my right leg pad is shorter than the left leg pad. They require a thigh-pads made by the company to complement the batting pads. Both products are top notch. I wear Aero small size pads and they are lighter than Morrants.

Moonwalkr pads are same length for both legs and they a rep not the lightest pads in the market .

Any links to the Moonwalkr pads?
Are Aero P1s still available on the market.

@The Palmist   You can check with Aero about your local retailers. I got mine from a retailer in Canada.

Probably not the lightest but certainly light enough.  I'm just shy of 6ft and find the pads a nice fit. Not too big and bulky and mould to the leg quite well.

Used morrants for a few nets now and I really love them. Perfect fit, superlight, great protection and do not much when running.

I agree with the Ton pads Asad has suggested. I used them for a season and was very pleased with them. A team mate now has them and loves them.
