I recently picked up a few sponsored players bats as I was observing them train and most of them looked like that. Most also had that ugly fibre sheets on them. I suspect that only the top international players get to pick their bats.

Obviously they don't have the advantage of getting hand picked bats from CBF sponsors
as per some bat makers 7/8 grains is the perfect number

Looks lovely to me! I prefer 5-9 grains personally but each to their own.

Looks a perfect grade 1 bat to me. More than 7 evenly spaced grains....

It looks to me like the scuff sheet is coming of on the left side, hence the distorted look

Grains look defined and evenly spaced but pretty squint across the blade, would be pooh pooh if someone on here bought a grade 1 and that turned up.
