What does Profile [3] mean?

Does anyone know what the [3] means?

Seems to be something the website has tried to add but it's basically rubbish and doesn't work :(

Well, I keep getting numbers there too but it seems to do nothing.

I get the same sometimes 3 or sometimes 1.
