BAS Bats.
« on: January 20, 2015, 03:09:10 PM »

Hi lads just wondering if any of you have used these as I realised there is no BAS section on the off the shelf companies section. A lad from my club brought back a few for Bangladesh last season they seemed to go some were to bit bottom heavy, so was just wondering if anyone here had any extra info as I saw some really nice ones on OLS.

BAS bats are one of the best bats coming out from India. The pressing on the higher grade bats is second to none. Go for it ..make sure you get the pics and you go for a higher end model.

I have one and would agree with the pressing they are top notch - bought it from Uzi sports and am happy to share some pics / info with you as it's a shadow LE so top end and certainly not bottom heavy at 2.12.

Bas are very good bats I rate them very highly shame they are hard to get in a light weight

Hi lads, I was trying to post some pictures of the bat I was looking at but the images were too big so here is a link.

And here are some images http://onlinestockist.com/ProductImages.aspx?ProductId=5046824

I really like the shape and the decal design looks stunning in my opinion and it seems to come in 2'8-2'9.

Looked at these myself and they do look nice.  Really fancy adding an Indian bat to my collection but so many to choose from and I know I really don't need any more bats!!  :)

If that's from online stockist make sure it is 2.8 as the pick up is so good makes you think they are light when really they could be over 2.10 as I know they are very hard to get in a very light way

That's exactly my issue there's just so many to chose from I can't decide which one! I was also looking at the SS LE fuller shape, Sf sapphire, Sf triumph and also the SG sunny gold although I prefer a fuller shape that the SF, SS and BAS have.

They do good bats but if you want something special speak with asad at Uzi sports I was their Sunday and his sf range was stunning that's for sure and he got a lot off bats in the fuller profile

I'm already getting a Red Ink off John so I decided to get an Indian made bat off OLS as they are very good value.
Out of the bats u mentioned earlier what would you lads go for?

Personally I'd go for a full profiled SS. My bats for this season are both full profiles SSs and I can't fault them! Balance is lovely too, they feel lighter than their dead weight in your hands.

I might go for an Exploder just because it has such a great name though!  :D

Have to say I'm very tempted by Uzi BASs, they look amazing.

I would echo Simons comments
Speak to Asad at Uzi sports,, his BAS bats are stunning
My mate bought a vampire from him whilst we were there, and it's performance is unreal!
