Nope, apparently you can only have one chairperson.  I will keep looking back on the group a couple of times a day but don't panic if I haven't approved you for a few hours, suffice to say I'll get round to it eventually!

I will post up each time I have approved a load of newbies.

Keep the teams coming everyone!  :D

Any chance one of the lovely sponsors could chuck in some sort of prize for the winner, make it a little more interesting

Am I the only one who thinks the £1 million budget is far too big? In fantasy football competitions if you want several of the big players you have to massively compromise yet in this I've got plenty of big names in the team and still have a ton of money left?

I agree, i put together my team with some budget picks (as you normally need to) and i ended up swapping most of them out.

Ended up swapping Grant Elliott & Ed Joyce for Virat Kohli & AB De Villiers!

There doesn't seem to be much creativity needed really....

But you have substitutions throughout the tournament. So you have to be able to chop and change. With a small budget you can't keep doing that easily.

Just because they have big money, doesn't mean they will perform. Have to be shrewd with picks and timings of substitutions.

Yeah I was the same. There are only a few players above 100k and you have enough money that you can probably pick them all and still not have to go to the affiliates!

Applied to join the league, feel I've let the team name down though by not picking De Kock..

Have you ever played Fantasy Football before? If you wanted a decent striker you HAD to pick atleast one dreadful player who would definitely never get a game, here assembling a team of 11 really good players is easy...

But with fantasy football, substitutions are done weekly where each team plays at least once.

This is substitution between games, so a whole different type of tactic. You need the big money to trade the decent players in for each game.

So are we building a squad or just the playing 11? I just built an 11 with 1 Million. I am still lost on the substitution part.
