Hi mate we have a similar thing in Ireland where u19s is a tournament split into two groups then the top teams qualify anyway I'm 16 and play in u19s team. For our games we pay a young lad to do music on a speaker which is loud (loud enough so the whole ground can hear it) for boundaries, wickets, between overs, warmup, innings breaks etc. We also organise a barbeque on the night of the games after the matches. There tends to be a good crowd down for our games as the club is fairly close and believe it or not all of the lads do stick around after the matches haha. Also a good way to get a good crowd down is schedule the games the same night youth or mens teams or women are training as they will tend to stick arundel to watch the game after training, a lot of lads like playing when the women are training as it does their ego plenty of good putting on a show in front of the girls haha. But all in all we take this tournament really seriously probably because it's most fun to play in. Let me know if you want to know anymore mate!
