Oxbridge Magna cricket balls
« on: February 08, 2015, 10:18:59 PM »

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone had any experience with the Oxbridge Magna cricket balls? Tried the search function but I didn't get much reviews. I am from Trinidad and we don't really have a wide assortment of balls to choose from, currently we use the CA League Special (don't know if anyone has heard of these balls much less use them). I have been in contact with Jake at @Vitas Cricket and I am all but set to buy them, but I just wanted to hear the forum views on them before taking the final plunge. Thanks for any advice guys.

Never used them, but if Jake has recommended them I'd go for it mate. He won't sell you any nasty bat breakers, that's for sure  :)

Was thinking the same....Its just because of the cost I'm trying to be as "safe" as possible....we usually pay around TT $70 which works up to around 6 pounds per ball and these will cost around 12 pounds (TT $130) bar far the most expensive ball our Club has ever purchased.
