Been asked if CBF would like to come back to Stone CC for a 3rd successive year. Very pleased to do so but before I commit I would like to know some availability for that date. To avoid all the normal questions here's a quick FAQ:-
Q - Where is Stone CC?
A - in Kent near Appledore -

Q - What type of game is it?
A - An all day game, format to be confirmed.
Q - How much does it cost?
A - £25 per person, including lunch, tea and supper. This is required upfront via paypal to me, no later than a month before the game. Non-payment means being dropped. Non-refundable if you drop out as well (consider it an admin fee/incentive to get a new player).
Q - What is the standard like?
A - Pretty decent. Probably not a game for novices or weak players but if you are a reasonable club cricketer at 2nd/3rd XI or decent Sunday friendly standard then you should be ok.
Q - Can we go and see Matt at H4L?
A - It's approx 2 miles from the ground and we have in the past popped in for a cuppa prior to the game. However, it's is entirely at Matt's descretion.
All this considered, please let me know if you are interested in playing. In the first instance I just want to know if we have enough interest in getting a team together. Further to this, I will have a discussion with other admins over the coming weeks about selection and inform lucky members by PM.
