What do you want ???

Well we have been on here just under a year officially what do people want to see more ov from us.

We have a few plans in the pipeline like a few demo bats coming up to forum members and maybe a couple more specials before the season (well if I have anything to do with it we will)

But seriously what do people want to see I want the doctor talking williow more and stuff.

Always interested in reading articles about willow and bat making. Love seeing pictures from 'behind the scenes' of clefts and bat being made. Obviously competitions etc will never ever be a bad thing!

Will do it will be in parts but agree people need to know the levels we go to like weightin grips and scuff sheets.

Never thought about weighing grips, but I guess it's the small details that make you a cut above or not!

Introduce us to the rest of the team, not just the big guns. The guys stickering bats or splicing them etc you know? Always good to see proper behind the scenes stuff.

Oh yes grips we have at times had to cut a professional players scuff sheet smaller to meet his weight spec as well.

We weighted ever handle that has gone into a bat because they vary so much and we can get to within .02 of a ounce what you asked for that is the natural variant but handles have to be worked out to to fit within each bat and need to be thought about as soon as the bat comes off the cnc.

100 per cent agree I could introduce myslef but would bore you yes your right a little insight to who does what including our two batmakers and the apprentices

Also they have Cake Tuesday and chippy Friday so I could expand this and tell you all which day to go to join in I prefer Friday's because they all eat the cake before I ever arrive. Streaky sister makes a mean cake apparently and works Tuesday

On another side I will be holding another forum day there soon(if there is interest) because although I love the forum and commenting on our stuff the place is brilliant proper cricket badgers retreat I'm like a kid at a candy shop

I think a design a bat session with streaky. Maybe once a month do a live session with streaky and his CAD tool, with a different type of bat designed each month. The live part is really forum members chipping in with tweaks and suggestions.
