Rare does not equal impossible. I also have a GN dynadrive of similar scale that is huge. They aren't rare per se. They are just expensive!
get the tape measure out.... what are the dimensions of that B&S bat?
Word play. There are many people gunning after those "rare" bats and clefts and before you know it some one else has scooped up the bat or cleft. Rare becomes impossible, then.
Definitely not impossible. The demand is high, but the price also tends to be high, so a lot of people gunning after them don't want to pay that much so get put off. If you want a massive bat for the weight, B3, GN, SS, etc all do big bats for their weights. (Stuart Kranzbuler in Aus is probably the one I'd try get a bat made from)
Some things are impossible, others only seem impossible. If you know where to look, then you will find such things far from impossible.I was playing with a "freak" bat earlier that came from sareen, ping was phenomenal.
Big bats are for sale no doubt majority not all at a premium price. The lower grade low density tend to either get snapped up so early. We carry a big stock of clefts and I can assure you anything 4oz lighter than the volume is hard to find very hard. For us that means a 360 cleft
(In)Availability of those clefts is why I wrote what I wrote.
They're so hard to find that my mate went to B3 on Saturday and splashed out on a 356 density crown cleft that looks the bomb and will make a massive but light bat in the mullaney profile. Bear in mind that he didn't ring Streaky and ask for the best willow to be set aside for him. He had every intention of buying a lower grade bat but decided to splash out on seeing the Crown cleft. It's not impossible @InternalTraining, it's just not in the shop of your average sports shop at all often...
Agreed. Its just expensive as any desirable product. Most of the brands can produce these bats.
40+mm edges, 70mm spine, 2-12/2-13, thin oval handle, high middle. Let me know which brand meets this spec.
