I've just got my hands on a Red Ink and I couldn't be more impressed.  Pick up is fantastic and the bat is finished to a very high standard.  On first impressions, it's the most impressed I have been with a bat before actually using it!
For £225 (around your budget) you can get a top grade LE and specify weight, handle and a traditional or modern profile.

Hi mate seen what you want and we can do it as others have said there plenty on offer on the forum.

If you would like to email david@b3cricket.com who many refer to as streaky he will help you out either by going over your spec or actual showing you a 3d version of your bat before you buy he will also help you choose your ideal bat

You will find many great options here ranging from new ideas to replication of tried-and-true shapes.

I suggest you try out different bats (borrowed from team mates and friends ) before settling on a shape and weight that suits your style and conditions. This is something I wish I had had done before trying out different bats. Once you know what you want, reach out to the sponsors here. You will have many great options to choose from. Also, keep an eye on forum specials offered by the sponsors - you may end up with more than one great bat. :)

I picked up a new weapon not so long ago. Best thing to do is jump in the car get to the closest bat manufacture or shop and have a swing with as many as you can find.

the website is out of date and being completely overhauled at the moment. forum prices are also different to those that appear on the website, but its certainly worth checking out the Red Ink Section on here.

I'm so impressed with the bat I've got that when finances allow I may well be ordering a copy of it so I've got a spare!
