i would like to thank all of the guys from B3 for replacing my sons bat with a fantastic new pinging blade. They did not have to do this and I certainly didn't expect this outcome when we spoke to them at expo 2015.  A sign of a great company is how they sort out problems and B3 have more than ticked all of the boxes in this regard. Thanks again on behalf of a very happy 13 yr old

Just t quickly hijack the thread, i have dealt with Streaky and the boys quite alot over the last couple of months and they have been nothing short of exceptional. from my original order to a replacement due to a stitching issue theyve been perfect.
