What or how do you treat your bat and when. I get a refurb at the end of every other season. And keep it in a bat case in the garage away fomr heat and light.

when i get it i knock it in and oil if then anti scuff it a shoe goo the toe and then a refurb when it needs it! or when i want the current stickers!!!!

Same as above except keep my match bat away from my bag so it doesn't get damaged, also wrap the toe of the bat with bat tape to protect it, its also a sort of tradition!!

Leo that is why i do it.  it has been sitting in my closet all winter and one day in the sun dries out the moisture.  I then next day oil it and it is good for the season.

I just oil it or sometimes sand some rough edges off. and then leave them where i see fit. usually somewhere annoying to my family.  .
