Picked up a bat for the first time in just under 2 years earlier in the week. Felt like I'd never played cricket before for the first ten minutes or so! But a few meaty drives and it soon came back. Hoping a few more hits and I'll get back in the groove... my back felt a little tender after, too!

There's definitely a spot at the top of the order to challenge for in the 2's, I've told Allan I'm staying at 4 after last season
