As a Mumbai Indians fan the first half was painful but last 5 overs have been sheer joy.

This game is pretty much over after the first 5 overs.
You know it's a flat pitch when Dr Smith is getting runs. Mumbai just don't have any bowlers and with malinga past his best, can't see them winning a game.

Add to that rohit possibly injured. Reckon tendulkar, ponting and bond might have to come out of retirement at this rate

Nah he'll have to leapfrog Sir Jimmy Anderson before he can get called that. Maybe when Jimmy retires...
Anderson wouldn't even get into South Africa/Australia/New Zealand's 'A' sides. Clubman. That's all.

Really? Steyn and Phillander aren't for to lace the Burnley Express' shoes!  ;)

Yeah I guess averaging 21/22 is just a blip, whereas Anderson struggling to break 30 after 12 years is the hallmark of a genius...

Duminy appears to be using a SS bat today.

Sometimes longevity is worth more. He's been consistent for all those years, not like these flash in the pan Saffa's you keep harping on about.

Talking out of your rear end? Or is that where they brain is situated?

'Flash in the pan' Dale Steyn 396 poles @ 22 in 78 Tests

Clubman Anderson after 12 years struggled like hell to even break 30 average.

Levels and gulf in class.

Anderson is a home town bully.

Steyn only takes wickets on the hard tracks like the Wanderer's and Perth. Everyone has their favoured conditions in which they perform well, Steyn's just a bully in his conditions too.  :-[

I thought I read BAS on the side of his bat...
Still cheeky from him either way  :)

Has to be one of the worse chases. Gayle not playing a shot in anger and AB coming in needing 16 rpo.

Probably one of those scripted games.

AB not using the kahuna any more? Or is it just for the ipl

That might be maxwell done for this ipl.

With marsh scoring runs, surely when Bailey is back, maxwell has to give way?
