Basically you want everyone out unless they specifically want KP to play and will get him in.

Get KP in, let him ay international cricket for another 6-12 months, let him average 30, still lose the Ashes. Still probably lose to New Zealand. Then he can retire quoting his dodgy knee or something, giving himself a couple of years selling himself at T20.

Then start rebuilding again and being even worse off than we are now?

he said he couldn't work with him and it's him or me make a decision.He also tried to remove Flower from the coaching staff.The ECB thought at the time the best thing was to remove both so the pair of them got sacked.

Nope, I want the guys out who are past it, haven't performed well enough for a long time and have shown themselves to not be good for English cricket.,cook has been in poor form (still is), broad too, Jordan isn't good enough currently,me either is Ali... Get them out and give others a go. Stop propping up has been a whose ego is now so large they can attack their boss in public and give ultimatums and get away with it.

I want those who are tearing English cricket out,mid that means giving KP a run to either score runs or fail and finally put it all to bed BUT at the same time unite the fans and get them behind the team again..seems a no brainier to me. Just blindly saying 'time to move on' and hoping the sheep follow isn't and shouldn't be good enough for people.

He should be given a chance to win his place back.
One of the best players I've played with, English cricket is worse off without him.
But also that English team shouldn't think about it and get on with the job in hand.

No one knows what the silent majority think or want though, that's the problem. Most assume they are 'happy' as it is BUT maybe they just accept they can't do anything and just turn the tv off and walk away from teh sport? (participation and viewer figures support this). Maybe they think the ECB is right however and will flock back to viewing and playing the game. Only time will tell

As far as viewing figures go i'm 100 per cent convinced the reason participation and people actually watching cricket has dropped off the side of a cliff is the because the ECB and Giles Clarke took sky's money, got into bed with a crook(Stanford) and sold down the river the future of the game by starving FTA television of the right to show cricket.

For that, I blame totally the English cricket board, and it's an absolute disgrace.
