« on: May 29, 2015, 04:07:03 PM »

Ordered 2 new bats from Cricmart, i havent received the bats yet . Here are the pictures and their specs which i picked. I will update the post once i receive the bats in hand

Special Edition ( claimed as Rohit sharma bat - dont kill me with questions :J )
Exact words from the chat with swat@cricmart
There were 5 made for Rohit Sharma, he ended up taking 2 and 3 came back to us.
Weight - 2.9
Edges - 44mm
Profile - full
Pro light density willow

Master 9000 (  claimed as Sangakara bat - Players )
Weight - 2.9
Edges - 42mm
Profile - full
Pro light density willow

before everyone starts asking too many questions and finding out if they are genuine players bats or not ..i am not too fussed about whose they are ... This year SS bats have impressed me so much with full profile i decided to buy these.

Massive bats for the weight!

We all know the pros names have to be written on the toe with a sharpie pen ;)

Excellent looking bats pal. I have seen these bats from Cricmart. Like you have said, I am very impressed with SS. Massive bats for its weight.

I think you should keep these photos to yourself. You're not helping me with my self control! :-[

Absolutely gorgeous bats, been starting to use the Asian brands more, and find that they're just as good as bats made anywhere else. Those special bats do look very special indeed, I hope you enjoy using them! How's the whole collection looking like now in general? Still a bit of a Laver whore? ;)

These look lovely. I already have 3 bats that I will use this season, surely I can't justify another purchase to the lady

I noticed that Special Edition on the FB page.

Lovely bats.

Looks like the forum have a descended onto Cricmart like seagulls to chip! Free delivery and great service seals the deal. [emoji38]

Pretty sure Sangakara told Paul Aldred he likes a square toe in a past thread.

Yes similar in shape but the ping is un-real compared to off-shelf bats..
