Any idea how I can stop my pads from staining my whites??

Other than buying pads that are white on the inside?

Try hairspray on the inside of them, Not tried it but used it as a 'fixative' for other things. Possible it could work.

It'll be the sweat.  You will need to put something between leg and pad, wet the pads and wipe them down a few times to get rid of the excess colourant or stop sweating.

I personally would have a specific pair of trousers to bat in, that way it doesn't matter as much it they run as I will be fielding in a clean set.

Wish I could bat long enough to have this problem. In all seriousness, you should buy a new bat, I've found this solves most cricket related problems

Tried spraying a bit of antiperspirant on your legs?

Don't worry about it fella most guys where a pair of trousers a size up to allow for extra bulk as in thigh pads strippers etc. I can live with a pair of stained trousers, a friend of mine had a woodworm red duffle bag and after he put his kit away for the winter he got them out the following summer and his lush GM LE pads had a nice pink tinge to them after the red dye transferred from the bag onto the pads!!!!! Needless to say Woodworm were not interested in paying for a new set of GM LE batting pads!!!
