I'm sure they are excellent bats. Simon May has had so many bats from different brands, and if he gives them the seal of approval, then you know they are good! I quite like the stickers, and I know the bats are sourced from one of the best batmaking companies. If Eagles is the owner, then it's not surprising that Phantom seem to be up to date as to what people look for in bats, at least those who buy from smaller brands.

As for the price, to be honest, at £350 for their top of the range bat, they aren't massively overpriced in today's market, if I had £350 I wanted to spend on a bat, a Phantom would probably be on the list of competitors! (Mind you, it is £50 more than a H4L pro, and Matt is also an exceptional presser and craftsman)
