Ahhh, maybe!  I wouldn't personally do that as a seller before contacting the buyer, but guess everyone's different.  Looks like a nice bat  :)

looks good to me. But if you really wanted to see if it was authentic then maybe you could ask him to scan the hologram sticker and then send the picture.
