Counterbalance

Thinking of using one on a bat. Does this have an impact on the position of the sweetspot?
Anyone use one?

Forgive me for being naive but surely the sweet spot is the bit with the most wood behind it??  A counterbalance may alter where you "feel" the middle is but not the reality of where it is

Totally in the mind, not worth it. Plus it may make the pick up worse depending on how you hold the bat.
