My New X1!

Long-time reader so thought I better contribute!

I contacted john a few weeks ago and asked him if he was able to copy the shape of my chase volante I’ve had for the past few seasons. After sending him some pictures and a few measurements john sent me some pictures of clefts of which I got to choose from.

The bat arrived a few weeks later and it’s stunning! Picks up pretty well for its shape and the ping is the best I’ve ever had!

The bat weighs 2lb9.5

What a great looking bat! Red ink do make excellent  bats that's a fact, hope it goes well for you.

Nice clean face with just a pin mark relatively straight grains proper cricket bat shape excellent.

Lovely looking bat. Think I may go for a Red Inker next time I need to buy a bat. The sorts look amazing too. Wish I had the funds for a full set !
