Morning all

I recently bought myself a pair of gloves on eBay, and found the palms were slightly crunchy.
Because of this I haven't used them, but did keep hold of them for an "emergency".

Being the idiot I am, I had was told by a teammate to put hand cream on the palm of my gloves to keep them in decent condition longer. As I had nothing to lose, "as they were my "lend them out gloves", I gave it a go and to my surprise it worked!

I know this is blasphemy on this forum, but I thought some people might appreciate the tip to prolong the life of their kit, rather than having to replace it...

Outside the palms seems to have done the job, will try and get some inside if they're still crunchy but they seemed to be okay on first inspection.
I just hope they're not slippery now as I don't want to send a bat flying...

Would imagine its no different to nourishing the leather on your car seats.
