I've not had a chance to test them out yet, but shall give some a go in the store today. It all adds to the fun which is always a good thing.

I bought some of these at Lords a couple of weeks ago when drunk. We used them in one game and when the light started to go towards the end of the game they looked pretty good from the sideline. Does say you arent meant to use a hardball with them and one did stop working for a bit after we bowled someone but it came back to life a bit later

How good are these in broad daylight?

Most will know that these are used in evening games so may be disappointed when bringing them out for a league game starting at 1:30 :P. Also think that they would be much less effective without the stumps that light up as well.

Also would struggle to justify spending £20 on a set of bails, I appreciate VKS need to make their money back e.t.c and this is not directed at them but I can't imagine these cost more than £5 to manufacture.

Some teams match fees will be going up ;)

This is all said very tongue in cheek as I appreciate these are a gimmick.

Hope this answers your question about visibility in daylight.
