Just a short message about customer service.
A pair of gloves I bought off Simmy split at the webbing after 2 uses (Newbery SPS keeping gloves).
I called B3 this morning to buy a new pair as I needed some in advance of the weekend and tweeted Newbery about my issue with the gloves at the same time. Within an hour Newbery responded and offered me a replacement, apologies and a couple of little extras.
I called B3 who instantaneously refunded me all of my money despite having packaged up the gloves.
Both companies service was exemplary and I will be making purchases from both in the future.
