Best way to contact H4L
« on: August 19, 2015, 08:31:40 AM »

Hi All,

I've sent a couple emails to the address 'info@h4l.co.uk' with no response

Is there a better way to get in contact?

I'm asking if he has any 2lb 9 - 2lb 10 Devil's in at the moment, or would it just be better to pop down and see what he has? It's a 2-3 hour round trip for me so would prefer to know that there was at least a couple there to have a feel of.

Strange, I've always found Matt responds to emails reasonably quickly, within 24 hours normally which I think is pretty fair.

When are you next visiting Kent, Jake, I would be very interested in a hand picked Devil.  I live in St Ives, so could come over to you easily.

For the record I had difficulty getting a response from Mat via email also, consequently bought a BDM which doesn't really suit me, hadn't found this site at that point otherwise would have bought very differently, (hindsight!)

Sounds good but I'm from the school of not buying a bat until I've picked it up... Are you only based in Peterborough?

For our 2016 stock order, probably within the next couple of months in an ideal world. Many things are reliant on third parties though (sticker/grip production, pads and gloves etc) so dates are never set in stone and could easily be pushed back. The only thing that is guaranteed with our hand picking visits is they will all be well in time for Christmas :)

@Ton4fun yes we are in Peterborough. Matt tends to not have too many Devils in stock to my knowledge. I recently ordered 3 for US based customers and all of them were made up rather than taken from stock

Hi Ton4Fun
Sorry if we have not replied yet. Been manic the last few weeks with orders and new kit. Also seems to be the season for sponsorship pleas, so emails are being batched read.
I will go through and send a reply.

As mentioned we do not really stock devils. We make to demand or as the willow stock dictates. They generally start from 2.10 - 2.12 due to the grade of willow.

As we have just felled a load of local willow (videos on facebook  ;) ) we have had to devote our time to that.

Thanks

Adam

Hi mate. Sorry if we have missed your emails. PM us, call us on 01233 659004 or 07760 180285 or message us on facebook. Due to the location of the workshop we do not always get a great signal and there's no wifi. We do try and answer emails within 2 working days.

Thanks
